At Booboo Duck we try to offer clear, simple shipping costs. All of our products will be sent out next day after your order is placed, via courier (not including public holidays and weekend).
For Products ship from our Malaysia warehouse:
West Malaysia (2-3 working days delivery) ; East Malaysia (3-6 working days delivery)
Courier Shipping Rate: RM 10 ( West Malaysia) ; RM 15 Fixed Rate ( East Malaysia)
Orders over RM 150: Free West Malaysia Shipping!
For Products ship from our UK warehouse:
UK Standard shipping ( 5 working days delivery)
Orders over GBP60: Free UK mainland Shipping!

Please note that customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; if you require further information regarding this, we advise that you contact your local customs office for further information.

If you wish to return an item(s), please make sure you return them in the same condition as received to our Malaysia and the UK warehouses:
- Your item(s) must not be worn, damaged, altered or used.
- Item(s) must be in original packaging with all original labels still attached.
- The refund request must be within 14 days of you receiving your order.
- Once you are happy to send your item(s) back to us, we advise that you package your return carefully, that you use a registered service for the return and that you retain proof of posting should an item go missing. We are not responsible for items that do not reach us and are not obliged to provide a refund should an item not arrive.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund should the above criteria not be met.
Original postage costs are non-refundable. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage costs if it is not faulty.
Upon receipt of the item(s) we will process your refund which will be issued via your original method of payment.
Please note that you if you have purchased sale items, we will only offer exchanges, and not a cash refund as per our usual sale refund policy.
